Velma Cobb

Velma Cobb is my grandma and she is desperately needing help catching up on her bills. Just this month she had almost every bit of her money she gets stolen from her, from a family member at that. She lost her husband a few years back and has struggled ever since then. If anyone is able to help out it will be greatly appreciated.
