Vehicle for motorized wheelchair

My brother in law Bill Balson, is in desperate need of a vehicle that is in good condition that can transport a motorized wheelchair that weighs 300lbs.
Bill is a retired Minister of 40 years. His his health took a toll on him approximately 7 years ago..After multiple testing, Specialist referrals, etc..,he was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy. This disease affects the muscles including heart and lungs.
He suffered a heart attack in 2016. He has become very weak and needs to use a motorized wheelchair at all times now. This would improve his quality of life by allowing him to have freedom of movement outside his home. He has a wheelchair that is specially made for his body, but has no way to transport it to and from his appts. If anyone would like to help him in any way possible, it would be appreciated more than you can possibly imagine.
