Our passion is health, both in living a vibrant and healthy life, and sharing health with others. We want Vego to manifest our passion for health to the community.
Vego’s mission is to show the community of Greater Atlanta, that a plant-based diet can be delicious, simple, and healthy, and can have tremendous positive effects on one’s physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. To educate people about how nutrition can help with living a holistic healthy life. This will be accomplished by delivering fresh, healthy, all natural plant-based food, and by providing community programs emphasizing healthy living, such as cooking classes, and health seminars.

We have already leased a space!
Vego will be a single brick and mortar unit, medium-sized, modern fast-casual restaurant, with an approximate size of 1,200 sf, sitting 30 people (both interior and exterior seating). The restaurant will be located in the Brookwood Plaza in Cobb County, next to the Austell L.A. Fitness and close to Cobb Hospital. We focus on healthy, organic, plant-based food. Most important to us is health: health of our customers with the food we serve; and the health of our business finances and success, both of which we believe will be achieved by offering high-quality service and healthy food.

Vego Bistro LLC is a manager-managed limited liability company, with S-Corp taxation, owned by its founders, Lindsay and David Esterline. The LLC has been registered with the State of Georgia as of February, 2016. Additional LLC members will be considered based on level of investments (both capital and/or services) and commitment.
