Vegan Vato move into a brick and mortar space

After three incredible years operating our food truck in the greater Albuquerque area, we're excited to share that we've been granted the opportunity to join the new Imperial Hotel as a food pod and restaurant.

Serving you has been a pleasure, and now, we're eager to take VeganVato to the next level by offering our plant-based delights six days a week at the Imperial Hotel.
