Vegan Cafe in Every City

Our dream is to have a vegan cafe in every city. This dream was on its way when we opened our first cafe in the Berkshires, Massachusetts. We served hundreds of customers a month with delicious plant-based espresso drinks, all-day breakfast and lunch and always received positive feedback. Vegan and non-vegan customers alike enjoyed the food and drinks we served and the positivity of the café. That’s where the name, Café Full Cup, comes from; the proverbial phrase of looking at a situation with pessimism or optimism. In Café Full Cup, we strive to provide every customer with a cup full of positivity. The only way we thought we could genuinely do that was by providing our customers with ethically sourced products, empowering our staff, and supporting communities.

 

While we were planning to open our next locations, we were struck with the labor shortages and had to temporarily close to reanalyze how to move forward and continue building our dream. We created a new plan to reopen the café’s doors while simultaneously working to open more locations. The $50,000 will go towards training and finding the staff for our existing cafe and fund new locations. Your donations will help make the dream of having a vegan café in every city come true and help us serve positivity in each community.
