Donation protected
My name is Jessica and I started this fundraiser for my friend in Uganda. Unfortunately, GoFundMe isn't supported in Uganda so my friends have had to rely on other, less recognized platforms for receiving donations. This has limited donations to their shelter significantly, leaving them barely able to provide food for the animals in their care. The leader of their small organization, Sserugo, reached out to me begging for help with setting up a better platform for their supporters to use to donate to them. Since GoFundMe isn't supported in their country, I've made the decision to be an in-between, taking any donations to their GoFundMe and sending them to Sserugo using https://www.remitly.com/nl/en/uganda
Sserugo's organization is dedicated to helping stray dogs and cats. Our Furry Friends are in desperate need of food. We cannot bear to watch them starve. Rations have depleted significantly so we are desperately reaching out for your help. Your donations, even the smallest amounts can make a significant difference. Many of the animals need vaccinations which Sserugo can provide given the funds to do so. If given enough support, Sserugo's dream is to rescue many cats and dogs living on the streets, caring for as many as 150 animals at once giving shelter, food and medications.
