Hello, my name is Charles and I have a dog named Blue. She is 3 years old, and yesterday while in labor, she experienced complications. I brought her to the vet at Cornell University. Unfortunately, it's determined that she's going to need a life-saving cesarean section in order to prevent the puppies from dying, also potentially saving her own life.

Blue is a beloved companion in my life, and she is the most loyal and adorable sweet puppy. I think this world would be a worse place without her.

When I first found Blue, she was dying of an illness that was putting her through constant agony, and most of her hair was gone. The veterinarians at Hospital Quarryside in Jamesville saved her life and renewed her for a life of treats, playtime, and sharing love with everyone she comes in contact with. Please help me save my dog. She is my best friend and closest companion, and I can't bear the thought of losing her through labor complications.
