I will be doing a 30km Challenge, each day represents a km. i.e Day1 1km, Day20 20km and so on. Total 465km in 30days.....

All in aid of HO.P.E a suicide prevention drop in center in Tallaght village.H.O.P.E  is a non profit organisation. All money raised pays for rent rates, esb, phone etc all councillors are volunteers.


Suicide is effecting a lot of people in this country to date. I myself have recently lost friend to suicide like others have.

Not an easy challenge mentally and physically but a lot easier than the hurt people are going through at the moment.
