Prayer's for Jeremy Fund

My name is Brandi, and I am a long time friend of Jeremy and his family. I am setting this page up to raise money to help his family during this difficult time. Medical bills are adding up, as well as many other expenses that come along with a child that is battling for his life.
Jeremy was diagnosed with leukemia in October of 2011. Through the years, he fought like a champion through rounds of chemo and radiation. In pure Jeremy fashion...he came out on the top and beat both leukemia diagnosis' he was given! Through stem cell transplants, set backs, chemo, radiation, and all other stresses that come along with a cancer diagnosis...Jeremy never gave up on his passions, his family, his friends, and school. He continued studying and kept his grades up, even from hospital beds. He graduated high school top in his class with Honors and began pursuing his professional goal of being a nurse. Unfortunately, such a tough fight left him with some lasting chemotherapy and radiation effects. After years of fighting, his body is giving out on him. Make no mistake, Jeremy is not giving up. He has been in the hospital for over a month now. Today Jeremy was diagnosed with cryptic pneumonia. The dr's are saying there is no longer anything they can do to help him, other than keeping him comfortable. He has been told that a transplant is not an option. His body is quickly giving out on him and the family will need our help one last time to give Jeremy the send off he deserves.
