hello, my name is Stephanie and I am Jason Sullivan sister. Jason was struck by a car on highway 1 early Friday morning. Unfortunately my brother did not make it. This is a very difficult time for me and my family as we mourn the loss of my baby brother. This was so unexpected and very hard for us.
