Since my grandad passed away in 2022, Christmas Day just hasn't felt the same. Given that this year i won't be seeing my daughter until Boxing Day, I decided I have the choice to either let those demons enter my head and potentially ruin everyones festive period, or do something positive and possibly make a difference. Those closest to me (and anyone who will listen) know that I sustained a head injury, February 2020, that has had a significant impact on my life and those around me ever since.

I’m raising money to benefit Headway - the brain injury association. Concussion in particular is a very poorly understood condition even by the most senior specialists. Any donations can help to facilitate better understanding of concussion, all aspects of brain injury in general and to provide information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their families and carers.
