Hello dear friends! Somehow, I've almost finished my second semester here at Berklee College of Music - where has this year gone?? It's been an incredible time so far. I've studied the complexities of jazz & classical harmony, developed my musical ear, performed in wonderful places with supremely talented musicians, written & collaborated on a bunch of new songs and even taken a fantastic psychology class (not forgetting the equally fantastic tap dance class, of course!). So in short, when I return to the UK I'll be diagnosing all your problems through song (featuring many modulations) all while tap dancing. Or something like that.

(Boston is pretty in the fall)

The great news is that as I progress through my time at Berklee, I become more & more eligible for further scholarships, meaning that by the time I'm close to graduating, I may well be able to fund myself. Sadly, I'm not there quite yet, and that's why I'm asking you to consider supporting me once again for the upcoming semester. This time round I plan to delve deeper into songwriting - I've declared myself a Songwriting major - and even take a Musical Theatre songwriting class. I'll learn more about music production techniques (a sorely needed skill) and I may even stick my nose into microtonal harmony, for nerdery's sake.

Update: I also performed in the Berklee Singers’ Showcase, singing “Tiny Dancer” with an incredible 20-something-piece band.

My mission and desire is still to bring joy & hope to the world through the gifts of music that have been given to me. Thank you for helping me along the way!

God bless,
Timothy

(yeah, I'm using my whole name now. 'S well profesh).
