My mother and I moved to Atlanta last November, so that she would get a higher paying job. In Jaunary, after I had a visit to the emergency room and several different doctors,  I was diagnosed with multiple endocrine diseases.  Due to being a single parent and thus my only caretaker, my mother could no longer work. 
Recently, we were informed by my doctor that I needed a major surgery to remove a benign mass created by my hormone imbalances. But since we've run incredibly low on our savings, we are and will continue to struggle with our bills for the next few months. 
Anything helps. This surgery is so incredibly important to my family. It will greatly reduce the risk of any future complications with my diseases. With the surgery, I can be more like a healthy 16 year old. Please help my mother and I during this difficult time.
