On July 25, 2017 Noel Oquendo was killed in a work related injury. This was a sudden and unexpected tragedy for his family. He had a heart of gold and would help anyone in their time of need. I am setting up this page to help my aunt in her time of need. Anything will help and lessen her burden during this time. Thank you.
