Lupascu Ion's Medical Fund

Ion, a well known Key West resident and employee of Latitudes, needs the community's help. One month after his wedding, Ion's life was changed by a scooter accident.  He is affected by severe brain damage and faces a challenging and costly recovery.  Unfortunely, he does not have health insurance. Please help Ion with any financial donations (no matter how big or small) that will help offset medical expenses. Ion needs to move from Kendall Hospital to a recovery home, but he needs money to ensure the proper treatment.
