On the 25th of May 2022, Tara was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma (blood cancer) after inflamed lymph nodes were found in both her neck and chest.

Tara is 18 and has had to leave both of her jobs and stop studying due to starting chemotherapy treatment as well as both of her parents taking time off work to support her.

Money raised will be put into a separate account and only used for medical related expenses.
