Hi, my name is Zinnia. I was diagnosed with lupus in March of this year. The back and fourth of going to the hospital, and not being able to function as normal has put me in a hard situation. I’m not able to work after working for almost a decade in education, it was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make.

Unfortunately the bills do not stop and I have no other option but to ask for help. I have always been able to take care of myself and my family. I originally felt embarrassed about finding myself in this predicament but I have kids and have used my savings and credit cards to get by. My daughter is going to be a senior next year and she’s in honors and has plans to become a nurse. My son is on the spectrum and also in high school and in honors and this is the first place he has ever felt like he belongs. I can’t afford to lose my house and move them out of their current environment. If you find it in your hearts to help me and my family out I know we would greatly appreciate it. God Bless.
