Hi my name is Mick

I volunteer with the Help Ukraine (BAMK) which stands for Buckingham, Aylesbury & Milton Keynes.

We take in donations from the local areas , sort them, and send them with our volunteer van drivers to the Ukraine where, with the help of local groups, we deliver our donations to areas that desperately need them, hospitals, orphanage’s, local relief centres etc.

Our volunteer drivers take time off from their work when they can , and mainly pay their own expenses , topped up with a Gofundme page to deliver much needed medical and food supplies to the people of Ukraine.

So far, over 100 tonnes of essential aid has been delivered by van, 4x4’s & four articulated lorries by our drivers.

I , along with my brother in law Stephen have volunteered to take supplies out there from the beginning of June.

(I’m hoping to squeeze in a couple runs)

Any donations to help pay for the fuel for these journeys will be greatly appreciated.

you can visit our FB page to see what we are doing.

Kindest regards

Mick
