Wayne Glidewell has been Owner/Cook of Passions Restaurant in Picayune for 8 months. He has also been a cook at several other popular restaurants nearby. He was recently discharged from hospital after a 2 week stay. Wayne has been diagnosed with Wernicke Syndrome. It is RARE and affects the liver and brain. He will need lots of rest and physical therapy. He has lost alot of weight & strength.

He has done so much for the town of Picayune in just the 8 months he has been opened. He served a free spaghetti dinner after Hurricane Ida for those in need, a free Thanksgiving meal, a fundraiser for his nephew, & Christmas For Kids breakfast with Santa and free toys. He has donated to lots of others and helped with fundraisers for schools & dance teams. He would give you the shirt off his back if needed. HIS HEART IS HUGE!
