We unexpectedly lost Jacob on Saturday August 17th 2024. We want to be able to give Jacob the memorial he deserves and honor his memory as we say our last goodbyes. We are asking for donations to help cover the cost of Jacob’s funeral expenses and help the family with any financial burdens through this difficult time.
