Peru Medical Mission Trip

Hi, my name is Greg Hedrick and I attend West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM). It has always been a dream of mine to volunteer my skills and compassion to those in need. Now, as a first year osteopathic medical student, I have the opportunity to provide support to Iquitos, Peru and the nearby Amazon Region seeing both local & indigenous peoples for medical care and services. After four days serving in the city of Iquitos, our group will travel on the Amazon River to provide care to local tribes and villages. The trip will be March 16-23, 2024 through DOCARE International.
