Veterinary Care for Shade
Greetings! My name is Nicole but a lot of people also know me as Kaiya, or just the local cat lady... Today, I'm here not for myself, but for a cat that's found its way into my heart.
Shade has a been a stray in the neighborhood that I've lived in for at least two years. A few others and I have been feeding him as he visited. A few days ago, oneof the other ladies that have been feeding him, noticed that he simply wasn't acting like our sweet, loving little cat we've come to know and he had some bite wounds on his head and face and tapeworms were apparent. Hearing the news, I rushed to go help but he had been let out so I had to get him off of a roof.
I got a vet appointment for him that same day. The guy had a serious fever of a 104.2 which is high for cats, He had a growing absess on his head and various puncture wounds around his body most likely from other cats and wild animals as he's been exposed for a long time, which has changed as I am fostering him after he is safe to come home until either he finds a forever home, or we decide to keep him ourselves. He's been at the vet since Thursday, March 3rd, 2016. The Cat Clinic of Enid has been aboslutely fantastic in their care of him. I'm so that that I trust them not only with Shade, but my other two fiurbabies as well.
I'm asking for donations to help me financially with his vet care.

(45 dollars was donated to his care to get the balance down to this point.)
Shade is a wonderful, most affectionate young boy who is most fortunate and thankful to have been rescued into the hands he's found. Cats mean the world to me and it would mean a lot to both me and Shade for your donations so that he can come home to his loving foster family/possibly forever family.
