Hello, my name is Veronica. I’m creating this GoFundMe to help my boyfriend’s mom pay legal expenses and other essential support.

Earlier today, she was detained by ICE when she was on her way to work. She has no criminal record and has a 12-year-old who fully depends on her. She’s an amazing woman/mother who only wants a better life. It breaks my heart seeing her kids suffer; to them, their mom is everything. No one deserves to be ripped away from their family like this. UPDATE : My mother-in-law has made it safely back to her hometown.
