My sister Sonja Watley and Brother-In-Law Clifford Ray Watley are grieving the loss of their first born Marcellius Ray Watley with his untimely passing

my nephew (Cell) was the sweetest most gentle giant we could've ever been blessed to have.
He died they believe from a diabetic crisis, however he had just gotten the Covid shot some days prior to his death... An autopsy is being conducted.
