To help pay medical expenses

Hi, my name is David Minnich and I just recently retired. I found out that I have lung cancer and I need to get chemo treatments and my wife is dealing with some memory loss issues and cannot work. We have been married only 4 years and would love to be able to spend more time together that the treatments could offer. So if you could please help us it would be greatly appreciated!
