Hi my name is Macha and I am raising money to pay for a surgery to remove a golf ball sized hepatocellular carcinoma from Cesar's liver. This is a pretty common cancer in dogs, and it is believed that removing the tumor and part of the liver will fully resolve the problem, and offer 3-5 years more life with 98% chance it won't come back.
He is a working service dog, and my best friend. Unfortunately this comes at a time where I can't afford to move forward due to personal hospital bills, so I am once again asking for help.
In general Cesar feels pretty good and has a great disposition. The tumor has not been causing pain to anyone's knowledge, but does cause spikes in his liver values that wreck havoc in other ways. We are aiming to book the surgery in February.
