Our baby girl, Olivia Lynn Glover was born on March 26th, (7 weeks early) & weighted 3 pounds, 14 ounces. Not only did Olivia have some odds against her from being born early, shorly after birth, Olivia had to have an emergency surgery due to an intestinal blockage that we now know as, "Jejunal intestinal atresia - type 3B". This type of intestinal blockage is extremely rare, & stands as the most complicated type of intestinal blockages amongst newborns. Olivia is 17 days old today - & has been through two surgeries thus far, & if all goes well, she should only need one more surgery in order to get her home to us. Olivia is very strong & beautiful. She has a lot of personality & is already showing her love for life by fighting to overcome every obstacle that has been placed in front of her since the day she came into this world. We are asking for donations, of any amount to help us through this extremely difficult & challenging time for our family. I cannot stress enough that ANY amount is appreciated - but more importantly, we need a lot of PRAYER. We have given all of our sadness & worries to Jesus so that we can be strong for Olivia & by the grace of God - Olivia WILL come home!
