I was just made aware, and it is with a heavy heart I must let you know, that Maren’s husband passed peacefully this morning. No further information is available at this time, further information to follow.

Friends, family, co-workers, one of our fellow Penguins needs our help!

For those of you that know Maren Draper or have ever had an interaction with her, you know she is a compassionate person, caring about all others and an all-around great person. In fact, she is the epitome of a great person. Maren is one of our leaders, a Manager of the Financial Investigations Unit. She is a highly effective and motivating leader on our team.

Kevin Draper is Maren’s husband. A little bit about Kevin: he is a former drag racer, fastest time was 7.28 seconds, in the Dart, one of his favorite movies is The Color of Money and his favorite cookie is, guess what…??? The Chik-Fil-A cookie!

In August 2022, Kevin was unexpectedly diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer which has unfortunately progressed quite quickly. Kevin, Maren and their children (James-18, Jesi-29) are enduring a tough fight right now. Maren is always looking out for all of us and this amazing company we call home. Now, it’s our turn to look out for her. We’re raising funds to ensure that Maren and her family can fully focus on Kevin’s health and have less worry about the impact of increased medical costs.

Maren is a loving wife, mother, friend and mentor. While asking for help is not always easy, we want to take care of each other in the Abrigo family and what better way than to provide a big hug through some financial relief. Please take a moment and contribute to the Draper family so they can push through this tough time without having to focus on the financial aspect as much.
