Dreamer

Hi there!

I have put this off for quite some time. One, because it is uncomfortable, but two, I have never known how to share this. Nonetheless, I have always seen myself as an entrepreneur with big ideas, dreams, and hope. You may or may not have known this, but I started a small Christian clothing line in 2017. My first instinct is to say it was not successful, but honestly, it was. I learned a lot of do's and don'ts. I learned a lot of lessons spiritually, and I grew. Although the clothing line is different from where I wish it were. I learned a lot, and someday I will see it manifest again in another way.

So, what brought me to this today? I have a dream of owning an e-commerce line. I recently went through training with a company called Ecom Dave. It is a great company and an excellent source of information. The Lord opened the door for me to learn and grasp everything I did. I have established my LLC, my Amazon store, etc. The issue is that funding for my first products to get the store up and to run takes additional financing. A friend recently felt the Lord told her to send me a book on servant leadership, and just that God-given idea! Wow.

You might be thinking, why not get a loan? That isn't the right thing to do. I know it is crazy, but I have already invested quite a bit and told the Lord I believe and hope He supernaturally funds the rest. I am going out on a limb by even writing this and creating this opportunity for you to even sew into this. I feel He wants to show me how He will do this. No debt.

I am hand-selecting who I share this with, but if you feel led to share my story with someone, please do. I ask, no social media or anything like that. This is purely a desire of mine, and to see the Lord allow it to manifest.

I would like you to know my why? My, why are my girls? Bella, Shiloh, and Ava-Joy. I pray that by creating some form of residual income, we can continue to provide them with the private education we have so far and just general resources. My Why is the Lord. The Lord called me away from what I have known for ten years, and he asked me to steward a new place of giftings He has given me. I want to walk into the call entirely. He has asked me to steward without complaint but also without compromise. You may or may not know, but two years ago I took a 65% pay cut willingly. It was a demotion in the flesh but a promotion in the spirit.

Ammar and I both serve in full-time ministry. Which doesn't tangibly pay much, but spiritually we are rich. That is enough for us, but I feel His hand and blessing on allowing us to venture for residuals as long as it is done right. Done with integrity and as long as our hearts are in it for the right reason.

I don't know where this will land or how far this will go. But one prayer I have had is I know there's a reason I can't let this go. I know He will provide, and even if it takes me years to accomplish this goal, He is faithful.
