Please im begging .10 dollars gets me to my treatments

My name is Tim.I have a rare form of aggressive cancer called merkel.my wife also has had 2 strokes. With are both disabled and are in desperate need of help. We are behind almost 3 months on our car payment due to medical expenses. My ongoing treatments are very expensive but life saving.Our transportation is all we have to get to our doctors. Im only asking for help because my wife can't take care of herself if something happens to me. And without our vehicle we could not get the continued treatment I need to keep going.
