Medical Help for Mike

Hi my name is Ashley. I am Mikes fiance. I have created this gofund for Mike. Any and all donations will go straight to Michael Panco.

On March 4th, Michael Panco started having issues with mobility, memory, and speech. By March 7th, it had progressed and he totally lost his ability to speak clearly. His brain is functioning well but he cannot form words or sentences clearly. We brought him to the hospital twice for immediate care. He had ct scans, ekgs, mri, and blood work. They believe it may be neurological but would need to follow up with his primary and to see a neurologist.

He has an appointment with his primary on Tuesday March 12th. We are working on getting him to a neurology specialist to do more in depth testing to see if was caused by a stroke or not.

The reasoning for this gofundme is to help us pay for the portion of medical bills that isn't covered by insurance, any therapy he may need, as well as rent help. We are down to one working partner and may face issues with our landlord if we can't keep up. There's no way to know when he will be good again or if he can get back to normal until we seek all the medical attention he needs.

We are also working through his HR at work to get him on short term disability that way we have some funds coming in. But we also need paperwork from the doctor to get that claim going.

Any kind of donation would be massively appreciated. This came on so suddenly and we do not know what to do. We weren't in the greatest spot before this and it's just added onto the stress.
