This is Tim Castle, thought of by some folks as “the best bartender in the world!” He is also known by many as one of the nicest, sweetest and most thoughtful guys around. Tim has run the bar in Brumley’s Restaurant, located in the historic General Morgan Inn, downtown Greeneville, Tennessee for over nine years.

This past Saturday night (01-29-2022) Tim left work, late at night as usual, and headed to his home in Warrior’s Path State Park. He arrived to find his home ablaze in a fire that wound up burning his home completely to the ground. The fire left Tim with absolutely nothing but the clothes on his back and his car. Perhaps even more tragic is the fact Tim had just recently paid off his mortgage and was having issues lining up an insurance carrier to cover his home due to some badly needed roof repairs that he had intended to address this coming spring when the weather will be more conducive. Tim had no insurance on his home and property, so when we say he lost everything, we mean everything.

Several friends, customers and co-workers got together immediately after hearing this news and have set up two options to help Tim rebuild his life. One is a GoFundMe Account that can be accessed through Facebook. The other option is a savings account that was just set up for this very purpose at Eastman Credit Union.
