Hi my name is Penny Scott as everyone has heard Sacramento has experienced a tragedy. Unfortunately my son was a victim of this tragedy. He was a loving, happy, hard working young man. His family was his world. He was a provider he took care of everyone around him including family and friends, even strangers. At this time we are asking for donations anything can help with further proceedings in laying him to rest and to help with any needs his family may need including his 4 children who where his WORLD.
