Breast cancer treatment and surgery

I've been diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time in 9 years. I have insurance but my deductibles and co-insurance are more than I can manage. My chemo visits are very costly. Plus I will also require a double bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction surgery . Some of this surgery is considered cosmetic and not covered by insurance. Which can be very costly.
