Reverend Tarrah Vaupel and Jasen Vaupel recently lost their home in O'Fallon, IL to a devastating fire. Rev. Tarrah is the pastor at Holy Ghost United Church of Christ (UCC) in Darmstadt and Trinity UCC in Biddleborn, IL. Rev. Tarrah is also the wife to military veteran, Jasen, and five children. Of these five children include two daughters who were adopted just a few months prior to the life-changing fire. Tarrah's mother also lived in the same house which allowed them to provide additional support and extra love. Thankfully, all children and adults made it out of the fire without any physical damage, but are scarred with the emotional, mental, and financial burden a house fire can cause.
