In Loving Memory of Vaughn Brooks
Donation protected
Vaughn “Cheese” Brooks died at age 29; in a rehabilitation health care facility on Father’s day, Sunday, June 21, 2015. He and his fiancée, LaTasha, along with her daughter and his soon-to-be 8 year-old step-daughter, Niya, were making plans to marry after his rehabilitation from surgery.

His death was ruled as suspicious – totally healthy and alive one day in the facility and deceased the next day. The loss of Vaughn has blindsided his family and friends. If you were lucky enough to have met Vaughn, you would be able to attest to how genuine, loving, hardworking, helpful, strong, laid-back, and respectful he was to everyone.
Vaughn was a pillar in his family and impacted everyone's life that he came across including countless friends and acquaintances. He will be greatly missed.
The Brooks family is accepting donations, here, to help with funeral and legal expenses. Anything you can offer to help memorialize such a wonderful young man is appreciated. Thank you for your generosity and your prayers for our loving Vaughn.
Vaughn/Cheese, we love you but God loves you more, please rest in peace.
