Vaughn needs emergency lung procedures

My poor boy can’t breathe. The vet says he has chronic bronchitis and needs a serious procedure but it’s going to cost $4000 and they found a heart murmur so they wanted to book a specialist that will cost minimum $1500. The rest expenses will be travel since I am a disabled girl and I can’t afford a car. He’s my service animal and; I love him so much, please help him
