Update on funeral service:

Varun's family are thankful for all the thoughts and help. This will go a long way for the family.

The family will have Funeral service for visitors at 6:30 am on 18 October Wednesday at Schlientz & Moore Funeral Home (address - 1632 Wayne Ave, Dayton, OH 45410).

Update on 17th Oct and comments from Varun's family:

Final Rites are going to be performed on Wednesday (October 18) morning 8:30 am. We will share the Zoom link with family and Friends. We respect family's decision and privacy. Would share location of final visiting once we have their permission.

Varun's family was primarily dependent on Varun for major source of income. He has left his family with more than 30 lacs Student Loan in India. While the family is already going through loss of their Elder Son, our small contribution can at least help them overcome this financial crisis.

We once again thank you for the strength and kindness you all have provided in time of need.

Update on the funeral arrangement:

Varun's family has been able to arrange travel to US. His Dad will be arriving today. His mother and brother will be here tomorrow. Once they are here, the final rites will be performed locally in Dayton.

Varun was an international student from India who came to the United States to pursue his dreams Through countless hours of hard work, he not only achieved academic excellence during his graduation but also started to build a promising life in a land away from home. He was a hard-working and kind-hearted person who touched the lives of everyone he met.

On October 13, 2023, Varun passed away unexpectedly. He was a healthy young man with no pre-existing medical conditions. His death has left his family in shock and grief.

Varun's family is now faced with the difficult task of bringing him home to India for his final resting place. The cost of funeral services and transportation is significant, and they are unable to afford it on their own. We are asking for your help in raising funds to bring Varun home.
