Varsity Bakers Oven Fund

Hello! If you've found your way here, you already know us and undoubtedly had our baking. We're Varsity Bakers, and we need your help.

Each week we're proud to bake for you our very best breads and pastries. All of those breads come out of a baby deck oven and now it's having trouble keeping up. Thanks to you, we've outgrown this little oven! Early every Saturday morning, to ensure that you're receiving the freshest breads, we bake for nearly 8 hours before heading to market. The baguettes are still warm when they're loaded in our van and headed to the farm. But we're baking the most we can possibly bake. If you've ever waited in line only to find out that we've sold out of what you were looking for, then this is how you can help.

We need to upgrade to a larger oven so that we can bake more breads with even better quality! The oven we're looking at would be a considerable upgrade to the one we're currently using. With a larger capacity, we would not only be able to consistently bake more bread, but we'd be able to do it in less time (which means more sleep!). This fundraiser will support the purchase and installation of this oven.

With your contribution, we can get Varsity Bakers to the next level. You would be helping to grow our small business, allowing us more time to expand our offerings, making fun and new things. All without the stress of making it to the farm on time!

We know that it's a big ask, and we don't take your consideration lightly. Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated. We've been baking for the Malibu community since 2019, straight through Covid, up until now. We hope to continue baking for many years to come!
