In January, the Vanguard, 501c3 non-profit, will be launching our first new site in four years.  In order to fund it, we are attempting to raise at least $4000 this December.

The Vanguard provides Davis and Yolo County with hard-hitting news and commentary.  Our coverage focuses on local issues of import like the city of Davis, UC Davis, our schools and the courts.

As a non-profit, we rely on the support of our readers and community members in order to run our operations.
