Dear Friends, Family, and generous strangers,
Today, I find myself reaching out with a heavy heart and a deep sense of hope for my dear friend, Vanessa. She is one of the most resilient and loving people I know, who has been facing an incredibly tough battle against pancreatic cancer for the past 3 years.
Vanessa has shown remarkable courage throughout her journey, exploring every option available to her. She initially underwent conventional treatments, clinging to the hope that they would bring her healing. Unfortunately, the results were not what we had prayed for. Yet, in true Vanessa spirit, she did not give up. Instead, she has chosen to embrace a more integrative approach with alternative treatments that nurture her body and soul.
This path, while promising, has come with significant challenges. Vanessa’s health has made it impossible for her to work, leaving her without the means to cover even her most basic daily needs. The cost of her alternative treatments is also adding up, creating a financial burden that no one should have to bear alone.
