Dear family and friends,

My adoption journey is finally a reality! After 4 years of waiting and advocating Vanessa will join our family and come home Feb 2025!!! Vanessa is 9 years old and had been living in her orphanage since she was an infant. She is from Burundi, Africa! My sister Kristin, my daughter Ella and I will travel in mid February to bring g her home. So many of you have asked how you can help and support. Thank you!

If you wish we would love some help with the expenses while we are in country and getting acquainted with Vanessa. We would all like to give her orphanage some food and necessities such as rice, beans and toiletries for the children. They will also throw a party for Vanessa today good-bye.

We are beyond excited to begin our lives together and thank you for all of your love and support over the years as we waited to bring Vanessa home.
