Vanessa's Summit Leadership Tuition

Hi, my name is Vanessa and I need your help in getting to attend the Presidential Inauguration Leadership Summit in Washington D.C. next January. I've created this campaign with the hope of raising money to cover the cost of tuition ($3,395). Since my older sister is a college student, my mother and father need to focus on saving money to get her successfully through college.

I feel that this program will not only expand my horizons by exposing me to other high achieving high school students from around the world, but it will also give me the opportunity to experience one of the most important events to our country. Since the Leadership Summit application is due by the end of March, I'm hoping to raise these funds by March 20, 2016. 

Attending this leadership program means so much to me because I hope to develop skills that will help me perform better as a leader and a role model. A bonus will be that I also get the opportunity to meet my idol, Abby Wambach (the most powerful American woman in soccer history). As an aspiring soccer player, it has always been my dream to meet and learn from her!

If I am successful in raising the tuition money, I will be especially thankful to all who supported and helped me get one step closer to developing the skills I will need to succeed in the future.
