The sudden loss of my daughter has left me in shock and devastated.

She was only 32 and a Mother of two young children ages 5, and 11. She had a lifetime of possibilities ahead, until struck down by a vehicle while riding her bike along a poorly lit road. Her injuries were catastrophic, and was on life support for only a few days. Hospital could not help her recover from the amount of damage she had endured.

I am grateful for ICBC helping with some of the funeral expenses. However that still leaves a large amount to cover unexpectedly.

I would appreciate any assistance possible with that.

Also any funds donated will also be towards putting solar lighting along that dark stretch of road.

I been told many accidents have occurred there. I installed the first solar street light at her roadside memorial. Together we can install more lights to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else ever again.

Vanessa had an internal lite that shined so bright. That was sadly extinguished much too soon. This will be a way of letting her light SHINE ON. Which it also does so through all that knew her, and care to contribute to this fund.
