It was a little over 10 years ago that my family received news that my sister Vanessa had gone missing. She went on a trip with some friends to Mexico and never returned home. We have since been in constant communication with the authorities there in Mexico, but with no reason of foul play, we were told that there was nothing we can do. We continued in hope that we would one day see our beloved Vanessa again. Just recently we were contacted and informed that Vanessa was found, but that she was no longer alive. My sister was only 19 years old at the time of her disappearance. We are devasted by the news and are now once again working with the authorities in Mexico to see about bringing her home so that we can give her the proper burial that she deserves and that my family very much needs.
