Vanessa to Pan American Championship at Chile

Hello, my name is Pat and I'm doing this fundraiser for my daughter, Vanessa. She is 13 years old and started karate at 5 years old; she mostly started because of her weak muscles, but now continues to train. She has become one of the athletes on Sensei Steven Alleyne's competition team, at Steven Karate Academy. In her efforts, she was able to make the 2023 Jr. Karate Team USA; she will represent the USA team at the Pan American Championship in Santiago, Chile during Aug 21-27, 2023, and she will also train at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO on Aug 4-6, 2023. Because she is a minor, she must have a chaperone, which doubles the expenses.
