On February 13, 1978, Vanessa Noemi Rodriguez was born to her father Jaime Rodriguez and mother Sandra Aguirre in East Los Angeles, CA.
Vanessa was a daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, partner, aunt, comadre (godmother), niece, cousin, and friend.
Vanessa had the biggest heart. She was compassionate and opened her home to anyone in need, at times providing care to children/siblings who would have been separated by the courts. She cared for so many, no matter the circumstances. Regardless of how rough times were for her, she did whatever it took to help her family, friends and strangers when in need.
Vanessa’s smile and laugh was contagious. Anyone who knew or was lucky enough to meet her, experienced the love that radiated from her. She was always positive and open minded. She saw the positive in every person, and every situation.
She gave birth to two beautiful and amazing daughters, Angela Renee (Age: 23) and Jalynn Marie (Age: 16). The two of them were her heart, first true loves, sunshine’s, and her entire world revolved around them. She would later adopt; she loved and cared for Rayanna as if she were her own. She became a proud Nana (grandmother) to two beautiful grandchildren, Marley Jade (Age: 4) and Ozias Angel Hernandez (Age: 7 months). When she became a Nana, she expressed she never knew a love like this. She loved Marley and Ozias with her whole being.
Vanessa always reassured her family and friends about how much she loved them. She never hung up the phone or hugged you goodbye without saying “I love you”.
Vanessa was intuitive and remembered specific details about everyone in her life. Vanessa’s love was universal.
