Vanessa Pawlak Scholarship for Women in Engineering at the University of Michigan
We are proud to establish the Vanessa Pawlak Memorial Scholarship—a lasting tribute to an inspiring University of Michigan alumna, dedicated engineer, and champion for women everywhere.
Vanessa Pawlak was a proud graduate of the University of Michigan’s College of Engineering. She lived with purpose, passion, and a commitment to equity in STEM. Throughout her life and career, she empowered young women to pursue their goals, challenge expectations, and claim their place in the engineering world.
To honor Vanessa’s extraordinary legacy, we are launching an annual scholarship fund that will provide support to multiple female engineering students at the University of Michigan each year. These scholarships will help relieve the financial burden of education and allow recipients to focus on innovation, learning, and leadership—values Vanessa lived every day.
We aim to raise enough funds to award multiple scholarships each year, creating a ripple effect of opportunity and empowerment for women in engineering. With your support, we will help shape a future where more women have the chance to thrive in STEM, just as Vanessa envisioned.
