My sister in law, Vanessa Moya, has been involved in a horrific hit and run at Pike and Rose in Bethesda, MD. The driver ran her over twice and left her in the parking lot. She suffered many injuries. She has fractures on her pelvis, ribs, arm, sternum, and also has a bleeding liver. Vanessa has a very long road of recovery ahead of her.
