Vanessa, Chris and Blakely

Hello my name is Susie Lightbody, I’m reaching out to the community on behalf of our good friends Vanessa, Chris and our new friend Blakely.

Blakely has had a bit of a rough start to life spending more time in the hospital than at their home. As the time ticks on they are trying to find more answers for their little girl and giving her the best care at Cheo and now they will be going to Toronto sick kids to further investigate miss Blakely’s condition which is still unknown.

Chris and Vanessa have endured a lot of financial costs they had not expected becoming new parents and every parents nightmare having to spend so much time away from home and in hospital. These two are amazing first time parents and I’m reaching out to the community in hopes we can help them with the financial burden they have had to endure and will continue to as they get to Toronto.

Many family and friends know this beautiful couple to be strong independent individuals and as a family now their will power is inspiring. Let’s help make it a little more easier for them. I know things are tight for so many in this crazy world right now, any tiny bit helps.

They would never be the ones to start this themselves. As they have been here for so many of us let’s rally together and be there for them. Love you guys Vanessa Chris and Blakely. You are one strong family !
